What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability. Please feel free to contact us in advance for options and possible fees.

Is parking available at the villa?

Yes, one private parking space per apartment is included in the price, directly at the villa.

Is the swimming pool private or shared?

The villa has a large shared swimming pool for our four apartments, along with a spacious sun terrace. Guests can enjoy sun loungers, umbrellas, and a relaxing seating area with beautiful views.

How far is the villa from the beach and the town center?

We recommend arriving by car. Maryvilla is a quiet residential and holiday area without public transport.
Calpe’s main beach and town center are about 10 minutes by car, with several public parking garages available.
The nearby Puerto Blanco beach is only about 5 minutes by car.

Are towels, bed linen, and basic amenities provided?

Yes, bed linen and bath towels are provided for all guests.
Large beach towels can be rented for an additional fee of EUR 12 per towel per stay, and they are suitable to take to the beach.

Is the villa suitable for families with children?

Absolutely. We offer 4- and 5-bed apartments, and a baby cot can be provided upon request for families traveling with young children.

Do you require a security deposit?

A security deposit is required only when the entire villa is rented exclusively. In this case, the deposit amount is EUR 500.

Is Wi-Fi available, and is it free?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

Can I cancel or modify my booking after confirmation?

Yes. For standard bookings, cancellation is free up to 30 days before arrival.
For full villa rentals, free cancellation is available up to 60 days before arrival.

How can I reach the villa from Alicante Airport?

By car, the villa is approximately 60 minutes from Alicante Airport.
Private taxis and shuttle services are also available. We recommend Beniconnect as a reliable shuttle option.
