1. How to Book

To secure your stay at Villa Cala Encantada, please complete your reservation via our online booking system or by contacting us directly.

2. Payment*

• 50% deposit of the total booking fee is required to confirm your reservation.

• Remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival.

• Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, credit card, or online payment through our booking platform.

3. Cancellation & Refunds*

• Cancel at least 30 days before arrival: full refund of the balance.

• Cancel within 30 days of arrival: no refund.

• We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes.

4. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 16:00

• Check-out: by 10:00 

• Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request and subject to availability.

5. Guests & Maximum Occupancy

• Maximum occupancy: 5 guests/apartment.

• All guests must be registered at check-in.

• Parties, events, or subletting without prior approval are prohibited.

6. Basic House Rules

• Pets: not allowed

• Smoking: prohibited inside the villa/apartment

• Please respect the villa, neighbors, and local community.

7. Additional Information

• Towels, linens, and basic amenities are provided.

• Pool and outdoor areas are shared respectfully among guests.
