Surrounded by nature and offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Marina Alta mountains, our villa provides the ideal balance between shared experiences and personal space.

The Setting: Nature, Views & Mediterranean Calm

Villa Cala Encantada is located in Maryvilla, one of Calpe’s most peaceful residential areas. The elevated position of the villa offers open views of the sea, coastline, and surrounding mountains, creating a naturally calming atmosphere that supports retreats of all kinds.

The area is quiet and residential, yet easily accessible by car. Calpe’s beaches, town center, restaurants, and shops are approximately 10 minutes away, making the villa an excellent base without the noise and crowds of the city.

Accommodation & Capacity

Villa Cala Encantada consists of four fully independent, two-bedroom apartments, each designed to comfortably accommodate 4–5 guests per apartment.

Apartment features:

• 2 bedrooms per apartment

• Each bedroom has its own private bathroom

• Mostly separate single beds, with some double beds available

• Comfortable living room in each apartment, allowing guests staying together to relax, connect, and spend time as a group

• Fully equipped kitchen in every apartment

This setup is ideal for retreat groups, as it combines shared experiences with the comfort of personal space and privacy.

Total capacity:

• Standard capacity: up to 17 guests

• Maximum capacity: up to 20 guests with extra beds and/or sleeping in the living areas

For group bookings, a minimum of 2 apartments is required (minimum 8 participants).

Thanks to the villa’s layout — with two apartments on the lower level and two on the upper level, each with separate entrances — groups can easily be divided if needed.
If you prefer exclusive use of the entire villa, all four apartments must be booked.

Booking Conditions for Group Stays

• Minimum group booking: 2 apartments

• Minimum number of participants: 8 guests

• Minimum stay for retreats and group programs: 5 nights
